The stone oven is the protagonist, everything that is patiently cooked tastes like mesquite wood, tastes like tradition.
In the oven the embers make the flavor of each ingredient emerge and intensify, making each bite an explosion of sensations that surprise the taste.

At AGAVE, you will be introduced to the finest and rarest spirits in Mexico.
AGAVE is a tasting room and boutique for Mexican spirits located in Old Town San José del Cabo. It was founded by two tequila aficionados in 2019.
Our founder is the sommelier and master tequilero at an exclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He is a native of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico’s largest tequila production region near Guadalajara. He met Terry Sullivan, a part-time resident of Los Cabos, in 2002 and at the first of many private tastings. The pair naturally started to share their enthusiasm for Mexico’s elegant spirits, and AGAVE was born.
At AGAVE, you will find tequilas matured at cooler high altitudes or Altos, as well as from the Tequila valley’s warmer terroir of volcanic soil. We also offer the finest artisanal spirits from across Mexico - Mezcal, Charanda, Sotol and Bacanora to name a few.
Located off the town square in the Gallery District of the Centro Histórico, our beautiful tasting room is open to the public and available for private events.

AGAVE es una sala de catas y tienda de bebidas mexicanas situada en el Centro Histórico San José del Cabo. Fué fundada por dos expertos en tequila en 2019.
Nuestro fundador es el sommelier y maestro tequilero en un exclusivo resort en Cabo San Lucas, México. Es originario de Tequila, Jalisco, la región de mayor producción de tequila de México, cerca de Guadalajara. Conoció a Terry Sullivan, un residente a tiempo parcial de Los Cabos, en 2002 y en la primera de sus muchas catas privadas. El dúo empezó a compartir de forma natural su entusiasmo por las bebidas selectas de México, y así nació AGAVE.
En AGAVE, encontrará tequilas madurados a altitudes altas más frías o Altos, así como de la tierra más cálida de suelo volcánico del Valle de Tequila. También ofrecemos las más exclusivas bebidas artesanales de todo México - Mezcal, Charanda, Sotos y Bacanora, por nombrar algunas.
Situado dentro del Distrito del Arte del centro histórico, nuestra magnífica sala de catas está abierta al público y disponible para eventos privados.
